Getting an appointment at this dr is particularly impossible, I rang up every day at 8:30 for over a week to get an appointment and nothing..
they ended up telling me to go to the walk in centre.
I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable, I’ve had phone appointments in the last month and either time the dr doesn’t really help me or my situation or is willing to do anything.. I’m in a lot of pain every day and have been told oh just take paracetamol even though I said they didn’t work..
I will be changing drs, I’ve totally lost faith in this practice Reply from Paston Health Centre Tue, 14 Aug 2018 13:01:01 +0100 We are sorry you are dissatisfied with our Practice, routine GP appointments are available to book in advance and we offer an on line service (registration required) which enables adult patients to book GP appointments on line thus removing the need to contact reception. We are at present experiencing some staff sickness leave and annual leave in addition to recurrent GP recruitment issues and this has impacted on capacity however our staff are trained to be able to offer a number of options to patients subject to their healthcare needs, telephone consultations being just one option. |

this is an on going saga......5 weeks ago paperwork was handed in to the surgery re wheelchair assessment for my husband....after 4 weeks I phoned the surgery to find out at what stage the assessment was at....they did not have a clue...the reason being..they have lost the paperwork. and it is still missing,,,there has been no apology forthcoming...I managed to get another copy of the assessment form which was filled in and sent....but I still want to find out where the missing paperwork is....according to the receptionist because the wheelchair assessment form was filled in and sent off....why do I need the paperwork (It is still missing) The paperwork was only there so the doctor would be able to see the needs of my husband....The paperwork was not needed to be sent with the assessment form....so therefore I wanted it back...I seem to be getting nowhere with these receptionist at Paston Health Centre... |
