I never see, a gp in person. As for work I’m meant to be working in the nhs. I see this practice will possibly close or extend!

It is 6 - 8 weeks to get a routine appointment with the same Doctor. To do so, I need to be prepared to travel from Shelford to Linton, which is a long way away. Getting through on the phone takes and age, as does queuing up at the surgery to speak to a receptionist. I have never know the service to be this bad. Original Comment Report...

Calling into reception is not good, poor service. Needs vast improvements.
