Stared ringing on speed dial at 8 o’clock after 42 mins answered automated message saying no more places or ring backs got to drop in center
Absolutely rubbish hope to get another surgery as this one is not fit for purpose | ||||||

The new system of booking appointments is fine if you are free at 8.15 every morning. I am not free and therefore I cannot book an appointment. I have tried to phone the day before to ask if the doctor could ring back the next day but for some reason this is not possible. The receptionist cannot give me my scan results. Therefore I don't know what they are or if something is wrong with me. I can't see how to resolve this. | ||||||

I have found the staff here very good, listen to you, try to accomodated you to the best of their abilities. I trust the Dr'sand Nurses. The appointment system changed about 18months ago and I beleive it is much easier to now get an appointment when you need one. | ||||||
