I have now made my 97th attempt to get through to doctor service without any success over the last 4 days I would like to know how still taking on new patients but cant service patients already on books . | ||||||

One doctor is extremely rude and dismissive almost every time I've spoken to him. I have left the surger in years before because I felt so dismissed and upset by the way he handled my situation on more than one occasion! Most of the other doctors I've come into contact with have been amazing though. The healthcare assistant there is also amazing, very kind, chatty and approachable. Its really hard to get an appointment and there's no pre-bookables and you're just told to keep trying every day which is pretty hard, especially for those who work Monday to Friday! | ||||||
