Been in contact with this surgery for a few weeks for my mum it's her doctors,no one knows what they are doing on that reception iam calling one day and being told they would deal with certain appointment,contacting nurses for bloods and will get back to me,calling few days after and no one can see any of these details plus given certain phone appointments for my mum never received it,called again to be told it wasn't the day I was told its week after,the receptionist aren't very friendly at all and very rude,iam defiantly thinking if change my mum to my doctors on eastbank Road,the staff know what there doing and not rude at all. | ||||||
