I was sent from my docs to darnall primary care centre out of hours surgery saw a nurse then a doc the doctor said was doing a referral for an ultrasound 3 weeks after called at my doctors the referral hadn't been done 2 days after trying to speak to a doctor got a call saying the referral had been done from my doctors be another 2 weeks so 5 weeks waiting for an ultrasound which the doctor at darnall said she was doing so I'm not very pleased with this my doctor couldnt apologise enough about this ..its wrong if I hadn't called into my doctors I'd be none the wiser what's happening..totally wrong. | ||||||

I came to surgery and saw a doctor in September, I had terrible pain, I was sent for a scan. The scan report came back on 3rd October and I spoke to Doc who said that she referred me to hospital for a surgery. I have been in pain constantly, I called the surgery on 10th and I was assured that my referral has been sent but it wasn't. it was sent this morning on 21st October after I found out from hospital that no referral is made by surgery. The surgery called back and blame admin for this delay in urgent referral. The manager must note this terrible neglect. I am really disappointed with this service. | ||||||

The rectionists have the worst attitude and compassion I have ever seen. They do not care and are most certainly are jobs worth when it comes to helping people. | ||||||
