Wadsley Bridge Medical Centre

My Husband and I have been caring for my Mum Maureen Clay who is a patient at your surgery. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the support that the staff have given us two in particular at Wadsley Bridge who have been exceptional. My Mum, due to her illness, had to live with us at the opposite end of Sheffield and although we always brought Mum to the surgery for appointments the staff were supportive in assisting with booking appts etc and getting her medications through faxing to Crystal Peaks for me. Answering any concerns I had re my Mum which were many. I work full time and their assistance made life, which has been stressful over the past 7 months or so, so much easier for me. They may and I know having worked in the health service for the past 30 years will say, and have done, that they are only doing their job, but for me they went that extra mile to assist us at a difficult time for which I am truly grateful. I am aware that praise and compliments do not come often enough in our line of work and it is for this reason I wanted to not just thanks them in person, which we have, but also in writing. The staff have been professional, friendly, helpful, caring and compassionate and they are a credit to your team. Thanks to them and all of you. Teresa & Philip Walker and Maureen Clay
