ive been at this surgery since I was born. I couldn't get an appointment for the past 2 years. It's gone downhill. The receptionist speaks to you like you've been scraped from the bottom of a shoe. Called 23 times already this morn and still no answer! | ||||||

This surgery is not managed correctly. You can never get an appointment. When they are there you are not allowed to book them, but have to ring up in the morning and take your chances. If you are elderly or disabled this makes this epecially difficult. There is supposed to be online booking, but there are never any appointments online to book. It is about time these problems were sorted, as the doctors and management are all fully aware of the problems at this branch. | ||||||

It is very difficult to get an appointment. I rarely visit a doctor anyway (as often found they don't want to prescribe anything anyway) so when I go its a last resort, the receptionist is as others state very stoney faced, but when asking advice from the locum doctor they dismissed my request outright and even became argumentative and rude. | ||||||
