After having my bp taken at the pharmacy at Sothall I was advised to make an appointment at the surgery. I saw Michelle one of the practice nurses who took my bp as well as doing my annual health check. She advised me that my bp was quite high and asked if I would keep a diary of readings done at home for a week which I did. I dropped the readings off and a couple of days later Michelle rang me to say my bp was consistently high and that I could consider medication which I’am now taking. I found out that Michelle was working from home as she had covid at the time, which I found amazing seeing as she sounded unwell herself! She’s a credit to the practice! I have since had a couple of follow up appointments with other nurses at the surgery including Gloria and must say they are all exceptional in their abilities are all friendly and supportive. They are a wonderful team! | ||||||

My husband and I saw a GP of who we had not seen before, told us to sit down , he seemed so cold in his attitude no patient care shown , never been made to feel like this before, left feeling worse than when we went in | ||||||
