I was with this surgery for over 10 years. The worst service ever. 1. Shouted at by a gp for requesting a medical note because i had severe anxiety and depression. She said I was doing this for time off. 2. Fertility appointments delayed at the hands of incompetent doctors and receptionists caused me to almost miss the age bracket for IVF. 3. Rang to cancel an appointment and was told it was cancelled. Then sent a threatening letter to say I did not attend. This happened numerous times. When confronted receptionist she admitted it had been cancelled and it was an error. However then continued to send me letters regarding this. 4. Requested medical note and this was paid for and was waiting at reception, went to pick up but refused by incompetent reception staff. 5. Had severe hip pain and was brushed off my gp, years later turns out there is a problem which could have been fixed ( will be taking up on grounds of medical negligence) 6. Had back problems and could not attend physio when asked to rearrange was shouted at rudely by a GP who refused to help and told me he could do nothing. I think this surgery has a group incompetent racist arrogant gps. | ||||||

I have been with this practise for over 10 years and in this time I have had the best care and attention from both medical staff and reception. I have occasionally had to wait for an appointment but never when it was for an urgent need. The staff must be under enormous pressure to accommodate everyone's needs and from my experience they do the best they can to fulfil these. Thank you for your care. I am truly grateful. | ||||||

I would advise to choose a different GP practice.
Having lived in different cities across the UK and attended different GP practices myself this practice stands out as by far the poorest. Unfortunately other family members live near and still go to this practice. The staff are not adequately trained and therefore patients are not appropriately managed, even in emergency situations.
I will be making an official complaint to the practice and likely NHS England. | ||||||
