I've been at this surgery for over 40yrs and have always had a good experience. The GPs are attentive and considerate and no issues with the reception staff. In all this time there has only been (less than) a handful of minor issues with admin. Yes, the phone lines are always busy but that is the nature of the beast with over 9000 patients! I'm lucky in that I live within walking distance and are able to make an appointment within the hour. | ||||||

Cannot fault Doctors or staff. When I really needed help the doctor I saw and the rest of the team were there. Thank you so much I really appreciate it. | ||||||

I have been at this doctors surgery for nearly 28years. The doctors are lovely, they listen and are caring and have always been brilliant with me and my family. This can not be said for reception staff. They are rude, disrespectful and speak to you like you are beneath them. I came off the phone today in tears from the way I was spoken to. They are not caring or understanding in the slightest. I could not make an appointment due to a family emergency and I phoned them to let them know. Well...i was put in my place! There was no need to make me feel like that. I am now scared to phone them to make appointments ect so I won't be bothering from now on. I'd rather suffer in silence. | ||||||
