Waiting for a prescription for my partners eye drops which is very important after being accepted to do repeat on an app and have an email back to confirm that we can do repeats by the app with an email saying they've issued some eye drops 6 days later the pharmacist still hasn't received them and not able to get through on phone I went to the surgery as the pressures and my partners eyes are starting to rise when speaking to reception is she's told me that the prescription was done this morning not a week ago which was annoying and very frustrating as I work for the NHS on a busy ward we have lots of issues I don't need to be running around half the time for simple things like eye drops and being lied to this frustrated me and I know times a tough are busy but I work on the front line and I don't need this please don't let it happen again because I feel my partner who only has eye drops is always ignored for a 72 year old man is very fit and healthy which I'm so pleased about but the way things have gone I don't see much chance of help if he gets poorly for any of Redruth surgery's they don't seem to make it easy to get appointment or advice very appalling really in this day and age | ||||||

I had occasion to visit the above-mentioned Dr yesterday afternoon.
It was a very hot day and the clinic wa extremely busy.
However, the doctor gave a smiling greeting, was interested to know the events leading up to my visit and listened thoroughly to my account.
Together, we dealt with each point raised, came to a decision on the best way forward with each, she also alayed some of my concerns, and I left feeling happy with the outcome.
At a time when GP's are under extreme pressure from many sides, I feel fortunate that this doctor is on the Pool Health Centre team. | ||||||

I phoned at 8 .05am about a lesion on my arm was told to try and take a picture which I did was told on the message that any problems ring reception all day I have tried to get through to them being 74 yrs old I am not good with technical knowledge I've been waiting all day for the doctor to ring me back | ||||||
