The phone system they have in place is beyond ridiculous. They have one phone line so when Everyone is trying to contact them it is constantly engaged. I've been trying for 3 days to contact them. In the end I actually went to the surgery. The receptionist even told me its quicker to go to the surgery at 8 if u need to book an appointment rather than trying to get through on the phone. Other doctors have a queue system for their phones which works perfectly. This surgery makes me angry at how incompetent it is at providing health care. |

I’ve been trying to contact the surgery for 4 days to enquire about a Flu vaccination but the telephone lines is constantly engaged |

It's impossible to get an appointment. Even when finally I managed to book an appointment doctor never called me. It not happened first time.Now I've been trying to call the reception for 300 times and can't get through. It's really annoying that you can't get help. Now, I'll need to the hospital and bother theirs emergency service for non emergency situations. Also I should be tested for cervix cancer twice a year, and that didn't happened for 2years now. Rest of people menage to get back to work but unfortunately doctors still can not see sick patients, that's really sad und disrespectful. |
