You have to book a appointment 2 weeks in advance when you ring the receptionist wants to know why you want to see a gp they is no privacy. The gp does not listen to what you are saying he just wants to get you off the phone no compassion any more need to retrain in compassion and empathy. | ||||||

It saddens me that there seems to be no one authority that looks into how badly the practice actually is. Most review sites make reference to to poor quality of service and also how little the doctors seem to take into account the bigger picture of an individual when making a diagnosis. There knowledge seems to be limited to the standard ailments any parent could diagnose.
When you leave and go to another surgery only then can you truly appreciate how bad this one is in nearly all aspects of what they do. | ||||||
