this doctors is terrible! they never listen or even take me seriously! I get told one thing from 1 doctor and another from different doctor! they've left me in pain even though iv been prescribed pain killers from 1 then refused by another!!! I tried to talk about someting thats been really bothering me and they didn't have the time!! I'm sick of booking appointments and not been took seriously ! I may even get refused to go on sick pay as one specific doctor didn't add the main problem on my note! iv cried numerous times due to how they've treat me! disgusting.. a complaint will be made ASAP! | ||||||

Having been with this surgery 21 years i will never go there again! today i have refused to be seen and practically been told to find another doctors because i asked for an appointment after 5pm!! i work 9-5 and unable to have any time off. The reason i wanted to see a doctor is for something very personal and definitely concerning!! But been told 'we cant give you an appointment after 5' | ||||||

My wife over a number of years as suffered with Epilepsy, during this time the surgery as provided her with a very high standard of care mainly through the outstanding services of the Dr. using patient choice facility my wife has been able to access top level NHS services provided at Chalfont epilepsy centre and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Nottingham. Keeping my wife fully updated and involved in the services provided when requiring appointment myself I have always been provided with a high level of care from GPs, Clinicians and staff. I highly recommend the Kakoty Practice | ||||||
