This practice needs to be run by people who care about their patients!! Diabolical premium call rate to book appointments, on hold for 40 minutes on average. A disgusting experience from a mismanaged team of people. Feel free to email me direct as I will, with out cost , educate you on the core principles of caring for the community this practice should be providing . |

I have attended the surgery for 30 years. But due to the dismissive and arrogant attitude by the doctors I have now registered with another practice. They do not allow you to speak and rarely look up from their computer screen. Trying to get an appointment was a joke as phone line was constantly busy from 8.30. This practice has really gone downhill. |

My GP is refusing to give me pain relief due to my past substance misuse, and I am currently on a methadone programme.
I feel really judged by my GP, and if I genuinely need the pain relief, then my Doctor should help me, I am in a great deal of pain, and I will be in more pain when I am due to have my wounds scraped and compression bandages put on my legs. So the nurse as told me to go and see my Doctor again and ask for some pain relief as I will definitely need some and she feels that I need pain relief as I am now in a lot of pain. |
