I spent 20 mins trying to get through , when I finally do the receptionist woman was quite rude , told me she doesn't get appointments through for 2 weeks told me to ring back then , says there's only appointments If something cancels and didn't offer to ring me if someone does , says if it's an emergency to ring at 8 in morning ,she wasn't helpfull at all, like she just wanted to get me off phone which I can never thru , I did try the following morning, I was in phone at 8 to put put in queue placed at 22 they answer at 920 to be told all appointments gone. All I wanted was an appointment I was prepared to wait a week for one but just didn't wanna help at all. And people wonder why they kill them selves , | ||||||

The amount of rude, condescending, ill mannered, impolite, sharp and nasty staff this practice has is unbelievable. I don’t understand how or why they’ve gotten jobs there. I’ve never been messed around so much by a GP practice. The receptionists are another breed of b*tchy entirely. AVOID GOING HERE AT EVERY SINGLE COST | ||||||

Unable to get a doctor's appointment . Get outside the surgery for 7.40am and 8 people already there hoping for a cancellation ! This practice needs a total overall top to bottom . Receptionists mantra is go to a walk in center . This practice is shocking . | ||||||
