absolutely no empathy for the patient who has been waiting to get through on the phone for over 20 minutes. Then to be told that you have to have a phone call referral before you can have an emergency appointment and there was a 4 week waiting list to book referral phone call for a general appointment! essentially no one wants to see you and if you do call in the waiting rooms are empty! | ||||||
