Due to querying practice policy and procedures due to what I can only describe as medical negligence I have been duly removed from this practice. Sadly since it’s been taken over by Pics the service has only gotten worse. As people have properly reported some of the rudest reception staff in history plus a policy of you are wrong and we are correct. Plus don’t you dare query our decisions over your healthcare | ||||||

Please use another surgery/doctor
Please do not use this surgery the doctor here. I have been registered here for a number of years and been to see (always) the doctor a number of times.
They are by far the worst doctor I have ever seen/used/needed. Their default answer for everything is 'NHS wont touch it'.
They are absolutely terrible and do whatever they can to keep costs down and reduce the amount of work to do.
I ultimately switched to a different surgery locally, and the moment I saw them they managed to help resolve issues that they were unwilling to. Please avoid this place at all costs and register somewhere else. Please!

Reception staff are severely lacking in customer service skills and basic manners, coming across plain rude. I’ve visited the doctor here now on numerous occasions and all appointments I’ve been met with extremely patronising advice such as ‘wear more clothes if you’re ill’, and disbelieving and undermining symptoms bought to his attention. It has gotten to the point that I would rather not go to the doctors as I have never had a pleasant experience whether it be from a telephone call or face to face interaction. The last straw for me was when over the phone I asked to book an appointment with a nurse and the receptionist cut me off and told me to wait for her to talk, absolutely appalling customer service from everyone in this branch. My advice to anyone is to find a new gp practice, how this place is still open for business is beyond me. | ||||||
