I have until recently been at this surgury since birth, over the past few years its become harder to get an appointment, the staff have become rude and unpleasant (not all but some) and the quality of care from the doctors has drastically dropped.
With my mental health issues i asked to remain at the surgury even out of tbe catchment area (never had an doctor come see me or missed an appointment) as i struggle explaining my issues to health proffesionals due to bad experiences, the surgery manager was rude, uncompassionate and never once asked about me or looked at my file. I will be talking this further with PALS | ||||||

Over the years I have always had good service From the Doctors and staff. My late wife had exemplary care from the staff and doctors at this surgery. Dealing with the general public is most challenging and sometimes the expectations of people are unrealistic ! | ||||||
