Appointments available online in the next 2 weeks.........none. Why? Looks like Retford doctors are only part time , they also work at other surgeries which is why at Retford we have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for an appointment. | ||||||

I have MS and recently had a severe brain hemorage. I have tried to make an appointment as I had a blackout and collapsed on the floor jarring my neck , I also have a shoulder injury which is incredibly painful . I am refused an appointment on the grounds its not important. If I was an as animal in pain and left it would be an offence and animal cruelty . Its seems this practice no longer cares for anyone in pain . Obviously ordinary painkillers do not work that's why I need more help . Shame on this practice your letting your customers down . | ||||||

We have been patients for two years. Initially it was not difficult to get an appointment. Now everything seems to have gone downhill. I recently tried to obtain an appointment for a blood test. Minimum 10 days wait. I asked about appointments with doctors and again a 10 day wait. I have just obtained an appointment and the earliest available was 9 days ahead. I have read about the high number of doctors moving onto a 3 day week with earnings in excess of £60,000 a year. One can only assume this has spread to Riverside Surgery.W were warned by a patient at the surgery that appointments take a long time to get. We are at last finding this to be true. On a positive note we find all the doctors and nurses we have seen are absolutely great. Maybe these long lead time problems are symptomatic of the N.H.S | ||||||
