it has been 5 days now I have telephoned the surgery to try to get a appointment to see a doctor to discuss the results of my blood test at 08.00 to be told they are fully book and told to phone tomorrow to book a appointment to be told sorry fully booked.I think i have more chance of having sunday dinner with the queen at buckingham palace then i have seeing a doctor at this practice. | ||||||

Recently my granddaughter suffered a sever Asthma attack prior to going to work, she dropped in to the Surgery and was told by a receptionist that she was not having a Asthma attack solely because my granddaughter was not having the same symptoms that she ( the pathetic receptionist ) had when she had an attack. My Granddaughter was in need of immediate help to assist her breathing but was told to sit and wait, she had to wait for over an hour. Are these despicable Receptionists qualified medically to make such comments and tell someone that they are not ill ?? | ||||||

Receptionists are very very rude , no manners, no professionalism. I can't believe NHS is keeping these people, I am sure they must have received lot of complaints.
Today I had to wait around 2 hours to see doctor just because receptionist forgot to do what they should do when we report we are in. But I am totally fine with that as it can happen to anyone. What I couldn't believe is after 1 hour i went and asked it's almost 1 hour i am waiting is the doctor behind the schedule? Then they realised they have not let the doctor know I am in and waiting. To cover their mistake they told me you are on a sit and wait appointment and you got to wait until doctor is free.
I was trying to explain them I am not on a sit and wait appointment, this time slot was given to me and I got SMS etc. But they are not even ready to hear me but just trying to humiliate me in front of others by treating me like some dirty creature. When I finally got the chance to see the doctor I checked with them about the appointment and reason for calling me so late doctor confirmed it was receptionist mistake.
This is not the first time I am getting this behaviour they always treat me like a dirty creature with a flashy smile on their face.
I couldn't bear their humiliating behaviour.
To be honest I have thought about changing the GP several times but I couldn't because doctors in there are so good/ professional.
I totally recommend this GP just because of the doctor in there but only if you can handle the people in the frontdesk. | ||||||
