Been with surgery for a few years, major concerns never added to care summary, told might need to accept low mood and anxiety is untreatable. GPs within practice disagree with each others diagnosis. Fail to diagnose strep infection for 3 weeks. Fail to diagnose pneumonia for 2 weeks. Fail to provide trauma informed care to victim/survivors of sexual assault and PTSD patients. Abusive behaviour against patients when showing signs of distress. Fail to utilise appropriate and up-to-date care records to identify vulnerable patients. Fail to identify patients with special needs such as those on autism spectrum. Fail to appropriately provide holistic diagnostics based on patient records. | ||||||

I moved to Manor Surgery about a year and a half ago and I am very pleased I did. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this surgery. At my last surgery I waited 12 days for a telephone appointment and a further 13 days for a f2f. Here, I have always been telephoned or seen on the same day, sometimes within an hour or two of making the appointment. Amazing! Everyone has been friendly and helpful and I’ve never felt rushed at my appointment. At my last visit the doctor physically demonstrated some floor exercises which he thought could improve my hip problem. He did make me smile. I was very impressed! Definitely above and beyond! I feel very well cared for at Manor Surgery Thank you! | ||||||

Phoned at 8.00 am. Spoke to a doctor at 11.00. Saw a doctor at 4.00. Was very happy with the consultation. I am well impressed. Last surgery 12 day wait for appointment. Asked to see me f2f. Another 13 day wait. To be fair, I could have had appointment in 10 days but didn’t want that doctor, but even so, scandalous wait! Hence moving to this surgery. | ||||||
