I can’t thank this practice enough, they are all incredible. It is hard to get through on reception sometimes, but the care they offer far outweighs that. |

The reception staff are so rude. So rude in fact, I'm convinced the Third Reich would be proud of the way they address people. Rarely can you get an appointment on the same day as they are always fully booked, and they have no walk in clinic. To get a medication review, you can't book in advance for that, you have to call on the day and hope to speak to someone with at least minimal social skills in the hope of getting an appt. They are essentially a sales centre for Pharma: happy to dish out drugs but not review them in case you dont need them any longer. I requested a precription through the Lloyds Direct app, knowing that they would call back to discuss. They called on a Friday, and offered me an appt 17 days later. Not sure what kind of service they think that is, but I'd say SH*T. They seemingly have no duty of care. The culture at this GP surgery is abymally dismissive. Needs a complete overhaul, and for the management to put patients first, rather that the pharma reps and their bottom line. |

Impossible to get appointments, unless you have approx. 2 hours to sit on hold and wait to get through. Receptionists are rude. The doctors I have seen in the past are lovely. Hence the 2 stars. I think it was around 4 hours of calling on different days to actually make these appointments though! |
