My appointment was 11.00an I turned up 10 minutes earlier prior to my appointment as it’s always early and I wasn’t expecting to be seen early. However I was seen a hour after my appointment time 12:00 I heard a few people around saying they’ve been there 40 minutes. I questioned the reception to which they are very rude and ignorant. They don’t even inform the doctor is running late, bad service and very rude staff. Sort your waiting times out and atleast inform your patients of a delay o know it happens but it’s on more then one occasion | ||||||

I am frankly flabbergasted by the reviews that I am reading.I moved to Kirkby last year and registered with this surgery. The receptionist staff are outstanding and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I had an issue with my medication and the receptionist went out of her way to sort this for me, getting me an alternative medication prescribed and the prescription ready for me to pick up. I never have an issue gaining an appointment either for the doctor or nurse and have always been treated in a caring and compassionate manner whilst being well informed about my treatment.The practice is old and tired but the care is what matters! | ||||||

Spoke to two receptionists in two calls within minutes of each other, totally different experience! First answered my query efficiently, second quite rude , barely finished our conversation before putting phone down. Said i should ring the prescription line, it's closed for the day, so how to I chase one? | ||||||
