Just new patient in this medical centre and I called for a test results and the reception lady didn’t want to help me saying is really busy and have to go. No profesional customer service and very disappointed with the service. Great gps at the surgery really caring and look after us for over 20 years the doctor is fabulous and the receptionists are really helpfulkeep up the good work thank you |

My partner was took to hospital last friday by ambulance 999 call .WE contacted the surgery yesterday and had a phone consultation with a doctor My partner expained why he was took to hospital and asked the doctor about having a sick note and a prescription .NO problem with the prescription that was faxed straight to the pharmacey .We were imformed the sick note would be at reception after lunch However when i went to collect it it was not there .I was told by a jumped up person behind the counter that he could self certicate for 1 week and to contact the surgery next week for a sick note .Needless to say we were not impressed with the treatment we recieved |
