Moved to Hucknall 6 years ago and as a family have been with Torkard Medical Practice since then. It’s the worst GP ever they’re rude, patronising, unhelpful and incompetent. They do not want to help you at all they simply cannot be bothered and do not care. Receptionists answer with an attitude straight away. Can’t see anyone face to face have to wait for a call. One day they never even called me back like I was promised. How come we can all go into a hospital but we cannot continue to be seen by a GP? The only mention I would like to give is to Wendy the Nurse! A genuinely kind and lovely person. | ||||||

I have a condition where I am awaiting hopefully to have my oeusophagus removed, If I can’t, then I have a problem; consultants exact response: today I have asked for help, as I’m in agony, which the reply will be goHospital, yet I asked For More pain relief over a week ago. Why was this request not either dealt with Or me called, I’m now in agony as a result . Some doctors at this practice are amazing and helpful, some I feel are not the same / Shelly who deals with prescriptions, well she cares, looks after me: I never right reviews, However, and illl probably be thrown out This practice, I am writing to not let either me suffer , or next patient behind me. Write what you want in response: I’m hurting and your not!! I don’t want removing; I’d just Like the people in charge sorting out Some of the issues cos you lots right. But I’m hurting and probably gonna go back To hospital for over a 20th in two years Cos the pain relief I asked for is not at A chemist. They are really good | ||||||

I’ve only been a patient at Torkards Medical Centre for under a year, however I can honestly say each appointment I’ve had had been thorough and on time, recently I had a Asthma review and the young nurse Amy was not only professional she was extremely helpful polite and listened to my concerns. I came away feeling well assured. | ||||||
