Whilst attending a Drs appointment this evening I witnessed very unprofessional behaviour from the receptionist. Whilst sat waiting for my appointment I witnessed the receptionist on the phone to a patient requiring their prescription. Not only did the receptionist not close the windows the confidentiality, they made the other 8 patients that was waiting aware of the conversation. After the phone call from the patient the receptionist then made a remark of “she does my head in” after hearing the name of the patient. On the way out the receptionist then made a comment to another member of staff that the patient “does her head in”. I found this behaviour very unprofessional and the customer service towards patients very poor. I found the attitude of the receptionist very rude. | ||||||

All of the staff at the practice were wonderful with my sister who has Learning Disabilities. So caring and went above and beyond to help her. They were also very kind to me whenever I supported my sister at the practice. Without doubt the worst doctors I have been to. You can never get an appointment even if you call at 8am, the phone systems are extremely poor and you get cut off multiple times.
My last experience with a doctor was awful, very patronising and made me feel even worse.
I would not recommend at all and have left this doctors now. | ||||||
