Over the past 2 weeks I have had tio visit the surgery on numerous occasions. From the initial phone call asking for an emergency appointment and the subsequent follow up appointments I can not fault the practice. The senior nurse practitioner and the doctor involved have been absolutely great. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have been extremely professional, friendly and supportive. Having moved into the area of Beeston the Oaks Medical Centre and its supporting staff and nurses deserve credit and thanks that the care, courtesy and attention given to My Husband and myself is very much appreciated.. | ||||||

As a sixty year old with chronic health conditions and experience of many different GP practices over my lifetime I can say that this practice is excellent in very many respects. The staff answer the 'phone promptly, there are usually appointments when required, the doctors and support staff are very professional and I believe them to be highly competent - I have been very pleased with the help and support they have provided for my partner and me. I have been with the practice since 2012. | ||||||
