I had a surgery on 5/12 and every day I have rung so 8.30 to 8 36 and it as ranged from 46 to 50 in a queue.anything up to 49 mins and 12 seconds. I have even been in ,and told ring up at 8.30 even been told by the desk that try to ring up the last week of the year for next year. So I am going to bring the letter in with the pictures of my stomach. So if some one is interested in giving me a ring. We have been with you for 40 + years. I am finding it a bit of a joke. | ||||||

I have been ringing up every morning for an appointment for nearly 2 weeks it as been between38/50 in the queue no appointments available,how can it be from 8_30 to 8_36 I cannot get an appointment. | ||||||

I phoned this morning to book an appt for myself and my husband . Absolutely blown away by this hardworking reception team . Started my call at 8.29 am and was number 39 in the queue . 11 minutes later our same day appointments were booked . Thankyou Emma for serving us well and hats off to you all at reception. Love this doctors surgery .I’m sure it’s possible you take the flack sometimes …. We want to say Thankyou and keep up the great work that you do . | ||||||
