I would not recommended this surgery. The reception staff are very snappy and rude, you are treated like an inconvenience. I called for my repeat prescription over the phone, the receptionist was extremely rude and snapped that I had rung the wrong line (my mistake). Review guidelines state you cannot name staff but the girl I spoke to is always on reception, plump girl with a crocodile smile! I’m sure she is well known. She very quickly changed her tone and offered to sort it for me to which I thanked her and agreed. I then popped into the Pharmacy 2 days later and it hadn’t even been requested! I would say this was done deliberately. Doctors are great here (if and when you can get an appointment) however reception staff are awful. They claim it’s the patients but I have been on the receiving end of their bad attitude and seen them do it to many others too in the waiting room and it’s completely uncalled for. I would recommend people choose a better practice. | ||||||

Takes over an hour to answer the phones, unable to book a face to face appt. The Receptionists I have spoken to and unhelpful! | ||||||

I notice all the patient comments are for 2019. This must be the last year before asking for an appointment was 3 days to get one. Then to wait 3 to 4 weeks before seeing a GP which could be a Júnior GP with a senior GP taking notes how he would be graded. | ||||||
