    Rang regarding a personal problem to be asked by the receptionist “ what’s wrong”? Told them I didn’t want to discuss it with them to be told we have no appointments for another 3 days ! Rude receptionist and shown no dignity or respect !!!

    I have been a patient at Shaw Street since it opened. Ihave always found the staff very friendly and always helpful.always ready to great you as a special patient and ready too chat and always to go the extra mile to help you when you are not well I have the greatest respect for professional approach.
