Was asked to have blood tests done, my main concern was my cholesterol test but that was not included. I asked for this to be added, told I would have to wait for the Dr to approve , phone call to say come and collect form , it will be printed in front of you. I went to collect it , receptionist gave me a blank look, got a form from behind her and started filling it in by hand . Had my blood test and low and behold , no cholesterol result there. Had another phone call saying I need to have a re- test .Same week, appointment for a womens procedure they cancelled 3 hours before I was due to attend. Can they get one thing right! |

for the first time at the pharmacy this sat morning 6.7.19.i have never been so humiliated in all my life. Not to sore. Of the reasant, changes to the prescription collections' waited for the other people to be served then I was delt with by a lady first then the pharmacy lady. it was if it was a conveyor belt system even when it was not really busy at that time. She was not really listening to my concern. Putting words in to my mouth when I hadn't said them, which was most disrespectful, to me.my character is with out blemish on all aspects of my life. Proof supplied if requested was humiliated I am fully aware of the pressures of the practice as well as the pharmacy .I felt that the level I was treated was appalling.to such an extent I am requesting to deal with my prescription, another way.
