Visited the practice this morning for a scan but will not be visiting this surgery again due to the awfully rude woman on reception. | ||||||

Cannot gain access to my medical records. Handed in the application in November 2018. Have asked about it on a regular basis but am told it is the job of the practice manager and that they never know when she is coming in. | ||||||

It was great to be able to visit the practice with my child X who is a wheel chair user and for X to be able to independently enter the building on their own. This bodes well for X's future when X may wish to visit for more personal matters and not have to take a personal assistant or parent with them.
The new automated doors will not just be a benefit for wheel chair users it will also benefit the golden years, infirm, the disabled and those parents taking children to the practice. Automated Accessibility is the way forward. Well done and thank you. | ||||||
