I find the surgery excellent. When I have phoned the reception the staff have been very helpful. All staff are very good I would give the practice five stars | ||||||

I would like to thank Helen at the surgery for sorting out my 2nd covid jab after the mix up somewhere in the system. I've been and had the jab today with no problem. So thanks again | ||||||

Since having my little girl in September I have visited Limes 3 times.
The first time I visited with a servere rash all over her face (I’m aware babies get rashes as new born sometimes) however I felt this was out of control, I was seen by a doctor who had to google what it was and didn’t give me a definite answer.
This Wednesday just gone, I visited the same doctor again, suspecting my little girl had thrush to which I was told ‘oh no that’s not thrush, there’s a name for it but I can’t remember what it’s xalled’ I left the doctors very annoyed.
Then the day after I went back to the doctors due to my little girl struggling to breathe when coughing. The doctor didn’t even examine her properly and said ‘oh it’s nothing to worry about. So trusting a ‘professional’ I returned home and tried my best to keep her settled.
Last night was horrendous! My little girl was struggling with her cough all night and then this morning I made the decision of ringing 111, straight away got an appointment with the out of hours team then ended up being admitted onto the ward at chesterfield due to my little girl having really bad bronchitis, her oxygen levels being low and she was struggling to breathe and then also to be told she has thrush!
Never again will I visit limes medical to be ‘fobbed’ off by professionals! | ||||||
