My wife and l cannot fault oakwood medical centre.the receptionists are excellent and very understanding.and the new Doctor Hawley is excellent.she went out of her way to help us today.overall.we give 10 out of 10 .and lots of thanks | ||||||

THIS REVIEW IS TO THANK ALL THE STAFF AT THIS EXCELLENT PRACTICE FOR THERE CARE AND HARD WORK. WE ARE VERY LUCKY INDEED TO HAVE SO MANY CARING AND PROFESSIONAL DOCTORS AT THIS PRACTICE. I HAVE RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE WHEN I HAVE NEEDED IT. | ||||||

There are NO available online appointments at any of the three surgeries. I waited over four weeks for test results and a callback from the doctor. Nothing happened so I phoned the surgery and waited a total of 40 minutes for an answer, 20 minutes of which I was allegedly number 1 in the queue. The receptionist said she could NOT make me an appointment, I had to phone at 8am on the day when the doctor I saw previously is next in, which is 5 days away. I have phoned at 8am promptly on previous occasions and been over 20 in the queue. I have no confidence or faith in this surgery. I just hope I never get seriously ill. | ||||||
