I see a law suit looming: Once again the receptionist lets down the practice. I called to make an appointment with a GP, stating I need a post Covid 19 assessment of my XXX. She then asks “what is wrong with your XXX” 1st unnecessary durrrrrr, “are you having difficulty XXX” 2nd unnecessary durrrr, to which I told her I’d given enough information and her probing questions were unnecessary. (maybe she thought she was a qualified consultant) So the junk yard alley cat threw her toys out the pram, gave me an appointment 6 weeks away. I rest my case not to disclose too much to an unprofessional unqualified GCSE E level, jumped up receptionist. |

Extremely helpful receptionist took details of my symptoms and arranged for a GP to phone me back within an hour. Having spoken to this GP it was arranged for me to have a face to face appointment with her within 4 days. I find the systems they have arranged during Covid 19 have been excellent and I always feel well treated and listened to. |
