No communication whatsoever, Money orientated as they've took on more patients than they can cope with. Drs don't listen to patients , not even worth being called a practice, should be a residential care home, they only seen to cater for 80 plus year old people. |

What's the point even being open, it's a waste of a building, constant staffing issues probably the lack of Doctors practicing and then decided to take on another practices patients, you can't make this stuff up. You can spend a good 40 minutes trying to get through and then be told there's no appointments and phone back a week later. This place needs new management and Drs who are willing to work instead saying I've got COVID. Get a grip. |

My mental health has been neglected to the point i had to have the crisis team support me for over two months they still continue to let me down and put me down on a recent appointment call as only depressed when they have all the evidence and sent me the evidence proving i have diagnosed mental illness which is quite severe im leaving this gp this week my health is more important than this, DO NOT REGISTER AT THIS GP this is not my only complaint they have neglected my mum my grown children and grandchildren absolutely appalling |
