Chasing up results of a MRI scan on 28 December 2023 - I sent a Patchs chaser on 17 January. Triage was promised, but none received so I called. The usual long wait and then they said they wanted me to come in (this was never communicated to me via Patchs or any other means.) Because Doctor Azim had made the initial house-call and prescribed the scan my interlocutor said I should see him the next morning and then my interlocutor and a colleague started arguing about which doctor should see me and at which time (I was now the one who insisted on seeing Dr Azim. Not so: it had been my interlocutor's sensible suggestion.) The phone was then cut off and was not answered again for over 2 hours in spite of me being number 1 in the queue. After a temporary improvement under Aoife, things appear to be on the slide again. Pity, because once you get through to a doctor they are very good - but until you do they are off-puttingly poor. |
