No one is answering phone calls even if the answering machine says you are number one in the que..why??also when I try to book for an appointment, it leads me to a private practice..why not hendon way practice itself should show available appointments?what should I do? Can anyone help me? | ||||||

The worst GP in my life, they should to feel shame of how they work, trying to call to get an appointment and this *people* cut off the line all the time, waiting 40 minutes even when I'm number one on the line and then after 40 minutes they cut off the line, not only one, all the time like this.... nothing new in Barnet, disgusting service, then also at 8 am as soon as they open the line you are already number 30.... how come? Horrible | ||||||

I have now seen three out of four doctors in that clinic, I was willing to give them a chance.
All three have looked down on me, ignored my symptoms, refused to discuss options and treated me condescendingly if I ever had a question (which they usually didn't answer).
Don't expect to be treated well there. Go find another clinic, they are not worth your time. | ||||||
