Terrible doctors surgery.. to be fair when you're actually allowed to see a doctor they're pretty good but chances of getting through the receptionist's to see a doctor ( if you can actually get through on the phone) are pretty slim. If your extremely lucky some doctor from chesterfield who you've never met or Heard of may call you back. The receptionists are rude and are trained to fob you off . Basically if you want to actually see a doctor Brooklyn is not the place for you. | ||||||

I am more than happy with the medical attention I receive, although I may have to wait longer than my appointed time it's worth it to see a doctor I trust
Like any service or business there's always room for improvements
One piece of equipment I think could save the doctors time would be to install a blood pressure machine that give a printed date/time & blood pressure readings that could be given to the doctor
My daughters surgery has one, when I visit her I often go and check, very useful if you have high or even low blood pressure | ||||||

Was put on hold straight away by the receptionist without them even asking what I was calling for. Receptionist made me feel like I was being a bother and the thing I was calling up for could wait, despite me having to wait all weekend with the problem panicking. Basically had missed a period a week ago, taken 4 pregnancy tests, all negative, went to see a pharmacists on Saturday who was very helpful and told me to do one of the Clear Blue tests, both of which also negative. And said that I should see a doctor Monday no matter what the results to get a blood test. I was told by the receptionist at the doctors that it's not eargent enoughave to see a doctor today and basically made me feel like there is no point me asking for help. Have been told a doctor will call me later this morning but this is yet to have happened | ||||||
