Unfortunately we have had an awful experience at Dr webbs surgery. The practice manager is very unprofessional, rude and abusive. One Doctor is extremely unprofessional, rude and underhanded. She really is in the wrong profession! We have never had a problem with our old Doctors and we had only been at this surgery a couple of months and that was enough! They have been reported as this is not acceptable care! I just wish I would have read the previous reports on this surgery as I never would moved to this surgery. |

I asked for a afternoon emergency appointment and was provided one at an additional GP's in Ilkeston. The GP gave me a letter to attend A&E Derby Royal Hospital straight away. Within 4 hours I received a diagnosis, treatment and home treatment for my health concern. Because I was able to attend a GP appointment provided at very short notice, the A&E staff said if I had left it any longer I would have been admitted for treatment but we had caught the condition in time. Thank you clinical and non clinical team members. |

Been with this practice for a few years now, I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment when needed, and at times that suit my needs. Dr Johal is an amazing DR. that really takes the time to explain and assure that everything is going to be alright. Whether I’ve been majorly ill with flu or incredibly anxious and depressed, I’ve always had great experiences. I’ve recently had an extremely traumatic experience and the care I’ve received has been really good and I’m slowly getting better, no small part due to the dr taking the time to talk through it and process it and has made it much easier. |
