Have been at this surgery 5 years. Never had a problem with any member of staff. Have always found the reception staff to be polite and helpful. If an appointment is not available, they have arranged a telephone consultation for me. Test results are given by telephone. It's a very well run practice. | ||||||

This practice has failed terribly in the last few months. Prescriptions not being signed and passed through which leaves patients waiting for their medication which is not good. Waiting times to get through for appointments, that if there any available with doctors leaving the practice. Surely this surgery should get its act together and improve the service it should provide to its many patients. It used to be excellent at one time, this seems to have disappeared | ||||||

To say I was impressed by the efficiency service and real patient follow through is an understatement it is a pleasure to deal with the team based at Ladybridge
