They don't help when needed. Absolutely rubbish surgery. So hard to get appointment with a doctor. | ||||||

Terrible reception service, whilst people are waiting in a queue to book in etc., Your lady on the desk walking off to ''''''eat her sandwich''''' right in front of patients' she was the only one on reception, plus I found it bad manners plus when she came back to her chair she has still got her mouth full. Very bad and rude | ||||||

Its a shame a surgery that was so good is getting such bad reviews now and its all because the lack of care shown from the gps and the rude receptionists. Even if you look at the reviews the reply apologies but means nothing at all. Nothing is looked into, if you complaint its put under the carpet, not even half hearted apologies come from the owner of this practice. A bs text is sent and nothing is done and their attitude actually effects one who already has mental healthy issues ,,, but,,,, truth is they dont care. They just their for the pay . £150 per person these gps get. Sorry but thats still alot when they only giving 3 minutes to each patient. | ||||||
