Used to be a lovely surgery. Something has changed, doesn’t seem to be ran as well as previously. I don’t recognise the vast majority of staff. | ||||||

I am currently looking for a new surgery. I have been at this surgery for years and all of the lovely friendly staff who have been there years seem to have all left over the last 12 months! I now struggle to get through in the phone and it is poorly organised and no one seems to know what’s going on! The reception manager has also now left who was lovely. | ||||||

I have been trying to contact the surgery and no one seems to answer the phone. They used to be brilliant and never had the wait long to get through. I have asked to speak to the manager and just get that she’s at a different surgery. Very unhelpful! | ||||||
