I called up yesterday afternoon for a GP appointment due to a wrist injury and managed to secure an appointment at 4:10pm. The GP then assessed me and sent me off to have an X-ray. The team was so efficient that by 4:30 I’d already had my X-ray results and was sent to the urgent care to get further treatment on my broken bone. A further 2 hour wait ensued but incredible service and treatment all round. |

I have always found the GP’s and practice nurses to be very helpful and supportive when myself or my children have needed medical attention or advice.
My son was being hospitalised fairly regularly due to a viral induced wheeze. But with regular support from the asthma nurse his condition has now stabilised and I feel he is now stronger due to the medication prescribed to him.
I have always found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful and if ever my children need to see a doctor I have always been able to get an appointment that day.
