Like any organisation the staff have a mix of good and not so good. The telephone call is extremely slow to be responded. Face to face consultation even when it is really need is often avoided. Triage service is almost flawed and neglectful. Even when COVID situation is now not bad and is downgraded to Endemic level, it is difficult to understand reason for telephone consultation. Overall service needs improving. | ||||||

Currently in a call queue and have been for the past 1 hour 45 mins. Been stuck on no. 5 and 3 for what seems like forever. My issue is admin regarding prescription but even getting through to reception is a massive struggle. No messaging nothing online absolutely ridiculous. Why would a caller be on for 30 mins, they are either short staffed or careless! See pictures of current call at 1 hour 48 mins and I’m at number 1 and have been for over half an hour. | ||||||

After waiting over an hour and a half I gave up. This is the 3rd time now. I'm having real medical issues and I don't know how to get help from my own GP because no matter how long I wait noone picks up. The GPs themselves are all good but it's impossible to see them. I'm having to treat myself with home remedies because the doctors who my taxes pay for are impossible to get to due extremely poor administrative staff. Even if they pick up, they are very inconsiderate and rude. | ||||||
