Number 2 in the queue when I rang, then went to number 1 quite quickly, feeling hopeful… then number 1 for 53 minutes and eventually hung up… very poor as not the first time this has happened, can’t find the online form so will have to call in. | ||||||

Got a doctor sending me a text to book an appointment to discuss certain test results and for TWO WEEKS, keep getting told we have no appointments.The joke is I’m phoning bang on 8-00am and still getting told. No appointments. Why didn’t the dr just call me and then I would know what is going on. They don’t care that they have me hanging and making my mental health WORSE. SO DISAPPOINTED NEED TO FIND A DECENT DOCTOR SURGERY ???? | ||||||

I have been sat on the phone for an hour, and I have only moved 2 places to be number 6 - Staff just don't seem to care, and they seem to get different locums in that seem to do what they hell they want, even though I have been having the same prescriptions prescribed for years. | ||||||
