I rang for a call back to be told there wasnt any available appointments, i then asked for blood test to be told again a blunt no wasn't any for 3 weeks and to go kmh!!! I rang today for call back was told none available till 3rd September and to ring at 8am but by the time iv got through before its been 40mins later and none available again!! What an i suppose to do i find it disgusting to be honest | ||||||

Just wanted to say nothing has improved since I last made a review a year ago. Rang yesterday for a face to face appointment which I was advised to do on my last telephone consultation. After being 23rd in the queue was told no appointments left...what a surprise. A Dr rang me 6hrs later and arranged for a prescription to be sent to the chemist. Obviously not seen the problem I had complained of. He also told me to ring Kings Mill this morning to arrange an xray. I have got an appointment in 3 weeks time for the xray.. more than likely the issue might be resolved by then. Why aren't the Dr,s seeing patients face to face ? Next time I have an issue I might be going to the already very overstretched A & E department. | ||||||
