Today I visited the surgery and the doctor who dealt with me gave my advice that put me in a less worrying mind, the medication she prescribed for me is already working and has made me not to worry like I was, just waiting for the urine results hopefully goog. Thank you for the treatment she gave me. Thank you. |

I have been at this GP for 6 years and I do not enjoy going to the GP. I do not get available appointments that is suitable for me and also they give you an appointment for 3 week - 1 month later. Lets not talk about the receptionist because they have changed so many staffs within these years and they are not respectful but rude to patience. They do not make you feel welcomed. Another thing that about this GP is they always change doctors, one of my favourite doctors left and now there just constantly changing doctors and the doctors are not really welcoming and also rude. No connection between the doctors and the patience at all. Also, the waiting time to be called on your appointment is a joke, you will not see your doctor on the time that you have booked your appointment but you will have to wait 15,30 or even max 1 hour after your appointment. |

Worst GP ever! they do not answer their phone. It is almost impossible to get through to them on the phone. As a busy self employed person it hard for me to go down to the GP to make an appointment hence why I call them to make an appointment. I called 5 times a day for 4 days and their phone just kept ringing with no answer to me this a disgrace. I will be changing GP Practise. |
